IMMUNE BOOST

This shorter programme focuses on stimulating the immune system fast to develop an strong system ready to fight off illnesses and disease. The three-night programme starts from €1,850 (approx. £1,648) per person and includes:

  • A three-night stay for one person in a Villa Stéphanie Classic Double Room on a full board basis with a special diet plan created by a nutritionist and a full time personal immune host
  • – One medical consultation to individualise the programme
  • – One blood test and laboratory diagnostics to check metabolism and other vitals
  • – One immune boosting infusion with vitamin C, Zinc and other homeopathic remedies
  • – One session of Ozone therapy to stimulate the immune system
  • – Two oxygen inhalation sessions to stimulate liver metabolism
  • – One 60-min personal training session
  • – One 60-min guided hike
  • – Two fitness activities a day, including: Aquagymnastics, Yoga, Qi Gong, Power Workout, Nordic Walking and Hiking
  • – Access to all other spa facilities

IMMUNE CARE 

This longer programme focuses on long-term care for a healthy immune system by teaching guests how to do this through food supplements, stress reduction and lifestyle changes. The seven-night programme starts from €3,850 (approx. £3,430) per person and includes:

  • – A seven-night stay for one person in a Villa Stéphanie Classic Double Room on a full board basis with a special diet plan created by a nutritionist and a full time personal immune host
  • – One medical consultation to individualise the programme
  • – One blood test and laboratory diagnostics to check metabolism and other vitals
