COMING JANUARY 2024 - HOTEL CASA LUCÍA

November 10thARGENTINA

From the team behind the beloved Único Hotels, comes Casa Lucía, the brand’s first property beyond Spanish borders, opening its doors in January 2024. A love letter to Argentina’s capital, Casa Lucía is set on the storied and stylish Calle Arroyo within the Edificio Mihanovich, a building that was once the tallest in Latin America and designed to offer spectacular views of the Río de la Plata. Bringing together the latest creative talent from local design houses such as South American design firm Fernanda Schuch Studios and renowned Argentine artist and designer Cristián Mohaded, the hotel’s historic roots work in juxtaposition with sleek furnishings and contemporary art. Many of the 142 dazzling rooms and suites have balconies with outdoor showers, sun loungers, outdoor dining and spectacular views across the city. Poised to introduce a new culinary destination to Buenos Aires, Casa Lucia will open with Cantina Restaurant, a vibrant new hotspot drawing inspiration from authentic Argentine aromas and flavors, whilst capturing the essence of the land with fresh, local ingredients. Next door, Le Club Bacan, a spirited cocktail bar helmed by Cocktail Advisor Martín Suaya, will bring an energetic new gathering place for locals and travelers alike to the fashionable Recoleta neighborhood. It will offer over 400 varieties of Argentine wine curated by Master Sommelier Aldo Garcia and music from Buenos Aires’ best DJs. Complete with a state-of-the-art spa, gym, and pool, Casa Lucía will set a new standard for hospitality in the capital city. Arriving early 2024.
