To celebrate the arrival of spring and the addition of Hotel La Palma to Oetker Collection’s portfolio of Masterpiece Hotels, Le Bristol Paris is launching a week of Italian-themed experiences from 3 – 9 May 2021. A favourite of ‘the great and the good’ since its opening in the heady Roaring Twenties, Le Bristol is the place to stay in Paris – and the first hotel in France to be awarded ‘Palace’ status. Opening in April 2022, Hotel La Palma will be the Collection’s inaugural property in Italy, located on the chic island of Capri. In honour of its new sister hotel, Le Bristol’s lobby and common areas will be transformed to resemble a glamorous Mediterranean retreat with beautiful floral decorations and transportive Italian music. Guests will be whisked away to the sweetness and serenity of the Italian island with the hotel’s exclusive one-night Capri à Paris offer – perfect for those craving a spring staycation. The one-night package consists of a welcome surprise including a Sorrento lemon marble cake and a special in-room aperitivo experience featuring two classic Italian cocktail options: the Bellini and the Rosa di Palma, both delivered to visitors’ rooms and suites by the new and fabulously stylish Bar du Bristol trolley. Triple Michelin-starred Chef Eric Frechon has also created an exclusive Cenadinner menu that features the very best of Italian cuisine, from cold cuts and creamy burrata, to squid ink farfalle and osso buco alla milanese, and babà soaked in limoncello and tiramisu. A selection of authentic Italian classics such as olive oil and handmade tomato sauce by culinary sensation and Chef at Hotel La Palma, Gennaro Esposito, will also be available to purchase at L’Epicerie des Ateliers du Bristol, the hotel’s pop-up shop selling refined goods and gourmet delights.

HOW: The one-night Capri à Paris offer starts from €1,390 and is available from 3 – 9 May 2021 only. It includes early check-in and late check-out, a guaranteed room upgrade, daily American breakfasts, one cocktail and salty aperitifs per person and Eric Frechon’s Italian dinner for two.
