Six Senses latest residential development, Six Senses Kitzbühel Alps, is offering those who purchase a chalet the ultimate bonus – a brand new Porsche Taycan. Residential owners will be amongst the first to own and drive the all-electric supercar. For those who close before the end of 2019 they can expect to receive the car as soon as they are released in early 2021 ahead of the resort and chalet’s completion in summer 2021. The zero emissions Porsche Taycan is perfectly aligned with Six Senses commitment to look after the environment and communities where it operates. The Taycan, which translates as lively horse, will have a minimum range of 311 miles, can charge 63 miles in just four minutes and will go 0 to 60 in 3 seconds. The four-wheel drive ensures that owners will be able to carve with confidence both on the piste and road. Opening in summer 2021 Six Senses Kitzbühel Alps is located high above the village of Jochberg in the Austrian Tyrol. Future owners can select from 15 freestanding four to five-bedroom chalets or one of 45 one to four bedroom apartments, all with the option to be placed into the 80-room resort’s rental pool. The architecture by IAW will blend seamlessly into the surroundings with the artistic craftmanship of Martin Brudnizki Desigb Studio creating a modern interpretation of classic Alpine style. Additional highlights include private access to the slopes and full hotel facilities including the Six Senses Spa.
