ROYAL CHAMPAGNE HOTEL & SPA LAUNCHES LIVE CHEF BARBECUE TERRACE

May 12thChampagne

With summer just around the corner and the days getting warmer, an al fresco barbecue is on the agenda, and Royal ChampagneHotel & Spa is leading the way with a brand-new Chef-led BBQ terrace for guests to enjoy every Sunday. While France awaits the reopening of restaurants, Royal Champagne’s Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Denis Rieubland has taken the culinary offering to a new level.  Every Sunday from 1:30pm, guests will be able to watch Chef in action from the comfort of their suites, cooking up a feast on the terrace right before their eyes. With each suite boasting its own private terrace overlooking the expanse of the braided vineyards, guests can kick back with a glass of the finest Champagne and enjoy the barbecue-with-a-view experience. The menu includes grilled whole John Dory to share, Prime Ribs and lamb skewers, with all the trimmings including ratatouille, roasted potatoes and a vegetable wok. There is also a delectable dessert menu, with flambéed pineapple, chocolate cake with salted caramel and a lemon and yuzu choux.

HOW: Royal Champagne Hotel & Spa will reopen fully on 12th May 2021. The live Chef BBQ costs €75 per person based on two sharing, including starters and desserts to share and two main courses and will take place every Sunday from 1:30pm. For more information, visit www.royalchampagne.com
